Retirement plans have and will always be an issue of concern to the society at large. A lot of businessmen and women have suffered in one way or the other due to improper planning, others are enjoying their retirement and living happily every day.

Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an informative book. This book discusses retirement issues and plans ranging from managing your income, various steps to take while you're still of the working age, various factors to consider when accepting a job, dealing with a disability, securing suitable insurance and various tips on how to plan for retirement. Each chapter in this book is intriguing and unique, it is also elaborate and explained effectively using simple terminology. There were several instances and practical examples in this book that I found to be both delightful and significant. Do you want to know more about Retirement? What legacy are you willing to leave behind when you're no more? How can you cope with a disability? Read this book to find out.

I enjoyed reading this book. I must confess that I didn't think much of what retirement would feel like until I read this book. The author's style of writing is creative and amazing. Though I am not yet up to retirement age, I was able to relate to and understand this book. This book encompasses issues arising when considering retirement and how to overcome these issues in other to lead a fruitful retired life. I also appreciate the use of short stories and poetry to elaborate on a theme, this proved to be helpful and made the book less sophisticated and easier to comprehend even for readers below the age of retirement.

This book gave me a profound reading experience, never have I been so enlightened. The author did a great job editing this book. I didn't notice any errors. Therefore, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

I recommend this book to every businessman/woman, employee, parent and elderly person trying to figure out effective plans for their retirement as this book would be of immense help to them. I also recommend this book to curious individuals who wish to be enlightened.
