The Reconfigurement, by E. Alan Fleischauer, is an amazing book based on financial planning focusing especially the future of an individual's retirement. This incredible book will guide the reader on many aspects that he/she needs to know before they retire. It is so informative and touches on many aspects ranging from reconfigurement based on income, assessment, retirement planning, life insurance or rather life protection, social security, investing, qualified plans (retirement plans), affordable health insurance, long-term care help, the Will and in the last chapter on books that guide on part time jobs or full time work from home jobs. From the chapters the readers' minds are opened to possibilities of a future irregardless of the age they are in.

Just as have said the book has so much insight for people who are yet to retire and also those joining the working industry. The writer is so elaborate and engages the reader in understanding his concepts. He also understood the book might make the reader get bored with so many business terms and stuff but kept using language to engage the reader.

The author's referrals are not so much promising to the reader who was reading a book to get answers directly from the same book. The online links are also not highly recommendable compared to books and similarly the applications he mentioned. The target audience is also limited for young people won't get interested in reading the book. I would suggest to the writer to focus on books appealing to younger people and all ages.

In my case, I would rate the book 4 out of 4 stars this being its exceptional editing and informative nature. It is a book that adds value and the editor did a good job.

I recommend this book to people in the work force; just joining, already working and those almost retiring. Anyone desiring financial plan for the future can read the book. It's not limited to those working only.
