Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life At Any Stage And Planning Ahead by E. Alan Fleischauer is not just an educative book but it is also an innovative piece. It deals with reconfiguring your finances for retirement, more like changing the narrative of retirements. Looking at the world we live in, with everyone's busy schedules, trying to make ends meet and see to different responsibilities, the fact that retirement is extremely important is sometimes forgotten. E. Alan Fleischauer has done a great job in presenting retirement in the most interesting platform with sprinkles of humour and puns here and there.

Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life At Any Stage And Planning Ahead is a wonderful piece that has been put together to help individuals plan ahead for their retirement. It is written in relatable terms and well thought-out chapters. It presents terminologies like the 401K and ETFs in such a way that someone who was oblivious of the concept would be able to grasp the meaning with full understanding. E. Alan Fleischauer also did well to explain the basics of retirement, like how income affects retirement, explaining that without income it would be hard to reconfigure the next stage of your life i.e. retirement. Also explaining terms like methods of investment and insurance. This book is written to carry everyone along without being a bore.

I had a great time reading this book because it was engaging and it felt as though I was having a personal conversation with the author. He makes this book intriguing to read because of his ability to captivate his readers with occasional doses of jokes. Even though this book is loaded with a lot of information, it was not ambiguous and It was very easy to understand. This is mainly because E. Alan Fleischauer's choice of words was simple and easy to comprehend. His use of comparisons made it easy for me to also analyze my retirement plans and also write down useful pointers for financial planning.

I did not find anything negative about this book, it was professionally edited and was not ambiguous at all. It goes a long way to prepare anyone who reads this book for a better retirement phase. It is super informative and enlightening. I loved every minute I spent on this book till I read the last chapter.

I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars, because it is so informative and yet intriguing at the same time.

I would recommend this book to everyone and anyone who has a dream of a peaceful retirement irrespective of age. This book is perfect for everyone who has a means of income and desires to be comfortable even after retirement.
