Reconfigrement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a novel based on retirement plan, it is about planning ahead for a better purpose after years spent while working, in this book you will get to see so many plans that will guarantee a good retirement plan. Reconfigurement is about planning ahead to earn a living over your entire life span and also, it states how research make it known that seventy percent of Americans did not like their job and how sixty seven percent of people did not have a retirement plan which is really bad, and has a bad effect, after retirement from work. Reconfigurement is a novel that talk about so many things that can guarantee a better retirement from work such as income, starting a new business and beginning a part time work. This book show how some insurance can work as a retirement plan also e,g life insurance, there are many more but you have to read this book to know a lot, does this book have a retirement plan for you?, Read this book to know, and choose a befitting retirement plan for yourself,partner,children, parent, friends and even neighbors.

Reconfigurement is a nice and enjoyable book and I love several things about this book. I love how the author carry his reader along as it caught my attention till I read the book to the end. I love how the author listed and explained the points in this book. I love how the settings of this book is arranged, every chapter have a different topics and I learn a lot from each chapter. I love E. Alan Fleischauer explanation on topics in this book. It makes the book easy to understand and easy to practice .This book has some examples that makes the reader gain some knowledge and experience . The inclusion of jokes aided in making this book a unique one even though it is very rare to see jokes in this book type of genre.

I could find no fault with the novel. My attention was well sustained and my curiosity was well satisfied in the end. A really good job was done with the book. The novel really did a nice work on me. It broadens my view and makes me more enlighted about retirement plan. The book was also professionally edited.

I rated this book 4 out of 4 stars. A few error was noticed but they had minimal effect on the overall book.

I recommend this book for people searching for a retirement plan, It is also for people who have a retirement plan but willing to change into a new and better retirement plan.
