Alan Fleischauer's book Reconfigurement exceeds my expectations as a reader because it is written in a specific way that can make anyone think about their future and plan their life after retirement. The author's main idea is to show people how important it is that they think about their lives in the future, i.e., when they finish their working life, during their working life, or at least after 40 years. In this regard, it leads the reader to consider all of the important aspects of life that can affect a pensioner's quality of life.

The book covers all the important aspects and useful strategies for planning life after working life, but it is not written as an instruction, but rather leads the reader to give himself answers and, in a sense, to look at his own life after his career through a set of questions. Although the focus is on people who live and work in America, this situation affects all employees. Every country has essentially the same retirement system and problems for workers.

Reconfigurement written by E. Alan Fleischauer is a very interesting read. It's full of key questions to which we provide our own answers, written in a language familiar to the reader, with a lot of humor and colorful examples, which will undoubtedly make the reader read the book in one breath, but also continue to think about it after reading. I liked how the author writes and combines everything into a coherent whole, spiced with appropriate quotas. I was so engrossed by the book that I had almost planned my retirement in 20 years that I didn't notice any spelling errors.

I believe it is very beneficial for every worker, especially those nearing retirement, to read a book and reflect on their lives so that they can enjoy life after their career ends. There are no religious divisions or restrictions; all workers are in nearly the same situation; and there are a few inappropriately words, but only in the sense of the jargon that we all use. While reading, we answer the author's questions mechanically, and we already have a mental picture of our own old age.

In my opinion, there is nothing negative to mention; I would give it 4 out of 4 stars for being such a fantastic life guide close to the common man, with a little bit of everything-jokes, facts, science, statistics, practice, and the real life that awaits us all one day. I congratulate the author and hope to see more books like this one that are interesting, concise, and useful. I am convinced that I will use Reconfigurement to improve my life.
