Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a self-help book and also a financial book. I'm usually not interested in self-help books, but this one was very useful and had a different approach about the career choices we make in our lives.

This book explains the importance of planning ahead for the future and also provides tips for retirement. The most positive aspect of this book is the Author's humor while giving out boring information and making jokes about it. This book also has some assessment tests to learn more about oneself, career choices and retirement plans. The author put emphasis on the importance of retiring early and have enough saved up to not concern over being unable to pay during an emergency.

The author has more than 16 years of experience as a financial counselor. This book explains financial planning with detail and I found it to be very helpful, but this book is suited for American readers. This book talks about the current American policies and is written exactly so that American people can learn and explore options and policies about the investing and financial policies in America.

Despite the book being more suitable for American people, I have some ideas now about how I should invest and what would be the best retirement plans for me, as I am a non-American. It also discusses having backup plans in case something goes wrong with the initial plan.

I really liked this book, it teaches readers about the benefits of financial planning. This book explains the significance of financial planning for the elderly. The author also explained various ways to save money for retirement. This book also explains the solutions about how to avoid a financial trap. I want to recommend this book to readers who would like to learn more about investing and financial retirement plans. Readers of any age can read this book, it is very simple and to the point, so it will be easy to understand for those who are new to financial planning.

There is nothing that I dislike about this book, it is detailed and very well-written. There were no grammatical errors in this book, and it is professionally edited. I want to give this book 4 out of 4 stars. I would like to recommend this book to people who are American and people who wish to make better career choices and plan ahead.
