Have you ever wondered how some aged parents look physically, financially, and mentally stable after retirement? Well, get ready to find out in this book. Reconfigurement is a book by E. Alan Fleischauer that answers questions about how to plan for the future.

The book starts with an explanation of what reconfigurement entails in chapter one. The book briefly introduced reconfigurement as the act of reconstructing your life plans by preparation. From chapter two to chapter three, the author gave insurance and social security policies that can aid those planning to retire. Reconfigurement, according to the author, depends on income, time with family and friends, and many more you will find in this book. The author also emphasized when one can start planning. We could see the importance of planning ahead of time from a young age rather than leaving reconfigurement to the elderly. From chapter four to the end of the book, the author continued to list several things essential for reconfigurement. Find out more as a copy of this book is all you need to get more information on reconfigurement.

Reconfigurement is a 155-page knowledge-filled book. The book focused on careers and retirement. The author divided the book into 13 chapters that were not lengthy. The book contained jokes from the author, which were educative as well. To distinguish the humorous sentences from the serious ones, the author encased them in a coloured form.

There are so many things I love about this book. The author captured my attention from the beginning of the book. The book’s title came as a simple word. It was easy to remember. I could imagine myself in a consultant room with the author. I loved that the author mentioned that people should go out and have fun towards the end of the book. I learnt about some insurance and social security policies. The book was exceptionally well-edited, as I encountered no errors while reading.

I could not find anything to dislike about this book. It was an intriguing book. The book was unnumbered, but there were no restrictions while reading. The reading tool I used solved the problem. It was not a lengthy book that could bore one. Therefore, I rate this book four out of four stars for all the positive reasons mentioned.

I recommend this book to lovers of career and retirement books. The book is suitable for young and old readers as there are lessons for everyone to learn.

I think that the key to saving for retirement is making sure that young people understand the necessity. They have the ability and time, more than most, to make a comfortable retirement.
