E. Alan Fleischauers, a financial consultant with more than two decades of expertise, book Reconfigurement is a thorough financial guide on preparing for retirement. He developed this book to better prepare the general public for their unavoidable retirement by educating them on retirement programs and plans, income budgeting, life insurance, social security, investment, health insurance, disability, assisted living facilities, wills, and future employment options for retirees are a few of the subjects discussed.

Reconfigurement's author provides the reader with a simple, step-by-step approach to retirement, a kind of "retirement for dummies" so that you may plan for your retirement in a seemingly achievable way. When you read this book, the author explains everything that's going to happen, no tip-toeing around the bush. They get rid of the jargon. No matter your age, read this guide to get a ton of specific planning advice and learn everything there is to know about insurance, plans, avoiding future financial calamities, etc... If you are not yet prepared to begin making plans for a specific feature, this book is a great resource to shelve away and refer to again later for step-by-step instruction.

The only serious flaw I could discover in E. Alan Fleischauer's book was some of the images and jokes. Nevertheless, reading it was fun and quite educational. People who wish to learn about finance are the intended audience, but boomers are the other major contender, as he constantly points to in his book. Being that boomers are another major contender, E. Alan Fleischauer uses jargon and jokes only people from his generation may understand. In turn, this may exclude potential young readers from enjoying the humor and imagery in this book. I could propose that he provide a blurb or a brief explanation so that younger generations might better grasp his sense of humor.

In conclusion, I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars. I am thankful to have come across the book because it is an excellent resource for retirement preparation. Throughout reading this I have been motivated to begin making plans for my retirement.

I suggest this book to those who are interested in learning more about their financial future. This book offers advice on career choices, IRAs, and social security in addition to retirement planning, so I think this book is appropriate for readers of all ages. This book would be interesting to anyone who wants to learn about finances without enrolling in a course or listening to a dry lecture. It is easy to read since it is brief, to the point, and written in the style of a conversation.
