Move Right. Live Right. by Daniel Cooper gives valuable tips, tests, training, and drills while engaging the audience. The author also provides helpful tips to improve our internal and external health. Daniel Cooper gives an insight into various training techniques that will help improve not just your health but also the health of those around you. Get this book to see the details of these tips.

Each chapter presents a new quote and a catchy heading that helps the reader get started and ponder the contents of that particular chapter. The author explains the different functions of different parts of the body and how to use these parts to exercise in the right way to achieve better results.

The book is simplified to a large degree, making it easy for the reader to understand complex terms and words. The author summarizes every term and presents the best ways to carry out the training and exercises. The author uses questions to engage the minds of the reader, thereby giving them something to think about before he proceeds to answer these questions. Some diagrams and images explain some of the terms and drills in the book. Also, the author has explained various warm-up concepts in great detail for the reader to understand easily. I firmly believe that the author has the reader's best interest in mind.

Move Right. Live Right. is a handy self-help book that motivates the reader to try and carry out training, programs, and drills for a fit and healthy body. The examples and training sessions in the book make me want to try them out because they are fun and easy to understand. The author writes interactively and engagingly, which makes the reader feel like they are part of the book. He also presents scenarios that are very relatable to explain the ideas behind some of the concepts in these books.

Although this is a self-help book, the author touches on many aspects of life concerning health. The author also explains the importance of having routines and how proper nutrition can go a long way in improving our health. He urges the audience to eat right using the words of a trendy saying: "you are what you eat."

If you are looking for an easy-to-understand book that gives you the best training tips and nutritional advice with examples, then this is the book for you. Readers will enjoy the engagement this book offers, along with the jokes and the funny sentences that keep them smiling and laughing. Move Right. Live Right. will be enjoyed by everyone. However, I specifically recommend it to life coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers, and individuals looking to stay fit and healthy.

I like everything about the book's content. Unfortunately, I have to rate it three out of four stars because of the number of errors. If and when the book is re-edited, I can gladly give it a perfect rating.

I love to exercise a lot because It helps me keep fit. I’m sure a lot of gym rats will appreciate this book but I’m not sure how this book will effectively give drills while engaging the audience because I certainly can’t exercise and read at the same time.
