Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a book that basically talks about retirement. This book is about reconfiguring your life and planning ahead for the future, especially retirement. People tend to live much longer these days as a result of advancements in technology and science. As a result of the increase in life expectancy to 75-80 years, budgeting for the future and life after retirement is very important. The author made it clear that before one can reconfigure, it begins by having an income. It would be difficult to reconfigure when there is no income or funds available. He also made mention of career choices and provided a link on how to determine the best career that suits you based on your personality. This is because our career choices can affect how much income comes our way. This book gives us an insight into how it is important to plan ahead for the future, both for ourselves and the people we care about, and not to be carried away by the hustle and bustle of life and forget what matters most.

This book was very interesting to read. The thing I loved most about this book was the in-depth knowledge and insight the author had about the subject matter. The scenes described in this book are very relatable. He provided links to various websites that could help us correct the mistakes we are making now and plan ahead for the future. I also loved the author's sense of humor. It made the book easier to read, despite the seriousness of the subject matter.

Despite my love for this book, I still had some things I didn't love about it. One of them was the use of terms that I wasn't familiar with, so I had to check for the meaning of a few of them. I also found a few errors while reading.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because the author did a great job of writing this book. It was really helpful to read this book because I got to understand the need for planning ahead and retirement. Anyone that reads this book will find it interesting and helpful.

I recommend this book for young adults. It would help them to begin to plan early for the future. I also recommend this book for older people. It's not too late to begin to plan before retirement sets in. This book will help you develop yourself personally to become a better person.

"As a result of the increase in life expectancy to 75 - 80 years," - the aging population(some) will still be around at workplaces while others will use other means(tech) to engage from their homes to earn but of course with lesser hours of work. From your review, this book contains helpful information on business setup, business management and the future of work plus business. Great Review
