Review of Reconfigurement
E. Alan Fleischauer is a financial adviser who over the years has helped and still helping people plan their retirement to enable them enjoy their retirement with less financial worries. His book talks about making good financial choices and decisions before retirement.
Reconfigurement is the first book I have ever completely read on finances, and it's the best I have ever come across. Alan covers every financial policy from investment, health insurance, life protection and gives detailed information and understanding about each one of them. He enlightens the individual on the different kinds of policies one can make and how beneficial it is, not just to the individual, but to the family and friends as well.
I love how Alan vividly explains every policy in each chapter and gives classical examples as well as solution to help the reader easily understand. He breaks down each one of them into the simplest form that an individual with little knowledge on finance can understand and have choices to choose from.
One aspect I love about this book is how Alan personally tried some assessment tests he recommends such as the personality and career aptitude assessment which I tried personally. The writer involved the reader in the book and gets you concentrated, especially with the jokes that keep you reading, hence I have no negative review about this book, as it delivered beyond expectation.
I rate it four out of four because the book was perfected written, edited and delivered with every individual in mind. There weren't any typo errors of any kind as such. It was worth it reading and really is a planner for the future.
I recommend this book to every individual in the working class irrespective of age category because this book gives wide knowledge on how to start a very good retirement plan and how to save and plan effectively for the future

The book is professionally edited. I did not find any significant errors in the book. The author has an easy-to-understand style. The layout of the book is coherent and clear. Each chapter in the book features quotes and lessons . The language in the book is natural and easy to read. This makes it easy for readers to follow. From there, you can learn and apply a lot in practice.
For people to cease working at a certain age, he defined retirement as a strategy that is centered on the accumulation and careful management of assets. From a variety of perspectives, including personality, culture, country, and age, the author examined retirement. He pointed out many components of creating an early-onset plan for one's life. Pick up a copy of this book if you want to learn about the components, how to use them to make financial and retirement decisions and to determine which ones are ideal for you as a reader.
This book was interesting to read and highly instructional. The author provided space for self-evaluation and discovery by recommending a period to conduct independent research. His use of stories to better illustrate his points ensured that there was never a dull moment, which made it simpler for readers to comprehend so many of the concepts. I also applaud the author's ability to make sure that every acronym has its definition right next to it.
I recommend this book to every individual in the working class irrespective of age category because this book gives wide knowledge on how to start a very good retirement plan and how to save and plan effectively for the future
