E. Alan Fleischauer is a retirement income professional with a lot of experience in the world of global finance. In Reconfigurement, he shares his knowledge about planning for retirement and shows the importance of planning ahead. The book contains topics as disability insurance, career tests, retirement planning, life insurance, social security, investing, health insurance and others.

E. Alan Fleischauer wants to motivate people to change the things that they don't like in their life. He wants to help readers pursue their goals through sharing his experience and knowledge about important topics for everyone. The way he shares this knowledge is remarkable.
The author uses real-life examples, jokes and delivers the content in a way that is easy to understand by everyone. I didn't expect that such a serious type of content could be written in so simple language. I'm impressed about how easy to read is this book. Even with this joyful approach, the book shares with the reader valuable information. For example, about disability insurance. A lot of people think that they are covered because they have this insurance at work. But the truth is that in the most cases the worker is insured about 50% of the needs. Information like this is important, even if you don't make your retirement plan or don't want to reconfigure your life at this stage. Another thing I really like is that the author thinks about the readers and what they probably will ask about certain topics. For example, in the Social Security chapter, he includes some myths and answers about them. The book is a wonderful to read, because you gain knowledge and enjoy at the same time. That's the thing I like the most about this book.

I don't have a critique about this book. It's well-edited without mistakes. The book provide good experience to the readers. It's definitely worth the time.

The book involves not only theory that you need to know about planning for retirement, but significant information that is in your favor to know even if you don't plan for retirement yet. It's definitely a book that will show you the right way to reconfigure your life. Learning the readers to important things through fun way, I'm sure that this valuable book must be rewarded with 4 out of 4 rate.

I strongly recommend this book to everyone who is planning for retirement and everyone who wants to reconfigure life. Also, I find the book suitable for beginners into the financial world.
