E. Alan Fleischauer is a financial counselor and planner. He defines reconfiguration and gives it a deep significance in terms of money and starting over in his work Reconfigurement. He offers insight into social security, health insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning. He is very concerned about money and believes that retirement planning should begin sooner during the working phase rather than when the timer for retirement starts to run. The usual practice is for people to try to organize their money a year or even months before retiring. He emphasizes the significance of preparing in all areas, with future security and later-life relaxation being two of them . He bravely draws attention to the fact that many workers are dissatisfied with their jobs. He promotes a joyful life after retirement and is quite upbeat.

The book is really educational. The author is passionate about changing the retirement game, and his writing is compelling. He provides a road to follow in terms of reconfiguration and addresses not only young people but also everyone. The author provided a wealth of references and suggestions to support his intended material, and he was quite thorough. He provided the most realistic strategies to implement that will finally produce results, coming from a person who is so knowledgeable. Every point he made was really educational and provided current information. I adored the jokes that were interspersed and yearned for more of them.

His choice of audience was the one drawback to the book in my opinion. It is obvious that his audience was the upper middle class based on the insights supplied by social security, health insurance, and life insurance. The book won't help those whose jobs don't pay enough for them to have insurance. I would have preferred it if the author had given advice that was appropriate for all possible occupations.

This book receives a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. While reading, I could not spot any mistakes or typos. The book's editing was excellent. The author was perfectly aware of what was expected of him, and he delivered without a doubt.

To professionals who are attempting to understand their finances, I would suggest this reconfiguration. As it may be a life-changing experience, this is also a fantastic book to read for those who are almost retired. The book offers a lot of content. People who make daily financial decisions and actions might also benefit from them.
