E. Alan Fleischauer's Reconfigurenent addresses financial control, literacy, planning, and stability. Reconfiguration serves as self-help, economical, motivational, and inspirational book. The topics covered in this book include selecting a career and managing money wisely, as well as enjoying life even after retiring and developing financial intelligence. I value all of the suggested and used resources. In addition to numerous certifications, the author, E. Alan Fleischauer also holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Financial Services. He also founded his financial advisory firm. The author, an entrepreneur who has also held executive positions in the financial services industry, provides knowledge and insights he has accumulated over the years. Financial planning should be discussed more openly and earlier. Since our wants are limitless but the resources are scarce, a person must understand financial and resource management.

The value of career appraisal is also discussed in the book. I found the author's use of a conversational style to be engaging, and I like how many instances he provided, many of which were both pertinent and fascinating. In Reconfigurement, Alan covered a wide range of topics, including budgeting, social security, life insurance, retirement planning, and many more. The story had a humorous tone and got right to the point. He discussed various aspects of adequately securing your future in both your prime and your latter years. He provides an understandable explanation of financial concepts and models through simplification. I read the book quickly since I found it to be simple to read.

Some of this book's sections were difficult for me to get through, and I didn't appreciate that Wikipedia was utilized as a source of data because it made it seem less reliable. He was cracking jokes all the time, which felt unprofessional to me. All of this has no bearing on how highly I still consider the book to be a must-read.

I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. Excellently written, free of errors, expertly edited, instructive, and rather entertaining. The natural flow and conversational tone are present.

I suggest this book to anyone looking to improve their money management, planning, and literacy. People in all occupations, including those who are working and those who are not, should read this book. I'll also suggest this book to anyone who wants to find out a little bit about retirement and how to be financially secure after. There is extremely minimal language in this book, which I don't find objectionable.
