In overall the book [¡]Reconfigurement[/¡] puts at our disposal mechanisms available in ensuring that income earners are actively engaged in pre planning for one's retirement age, using the best possible available mechanisms. The author [b||]E Alan Fleischauer[/b] has tapped deeper into his passion for retirement pre planning. Over and above his experience in managing client's retirement portfolios, the author has engaged himself in extensive research journey in order to truly advice and guide the reader in all endeavors for advance planning. Efforts taken by the author in the book to make sure that world citizens learn how to ensure one's advance planning for retirement becomes a reality are incredible and varied. The book is a true guide and textbook for advance planning. It unlocks every unknown factor and puts forth best varied mechanisms involved in pre planning for retirement. The author also takes a step further by challenging age 65 as end of career life. The facts he puts forth in challenging the norm regarding age 65 as retirement age, are eye opening indeed.

The introduction in every chapter taps into one's curiosity to learn more about the tools mentioned in each chapter's introduction. Furthermore, the author provides first hand information because he has taken a journey of personal experience in all assessment mentioned in the book, be it best career choice or one's personality traits. Thereafter the author summarizes the the facts for the reader. Thus, the reader is not exposed to story telling but to the reality of how things work and to benefits of engaging oneself with the assessments in advance. Without doubt, the author presented a best account of complete work indeed with this book, discussing varied aspects involved in advanced planning.

Next the author puts the reader at liberty to explore other books in gaining more insight on advance planning for retirement. He generously taps into reader's curiosity again through his advice of reading other books, taking other assessments and engaging with other important websites to ensure excellent advance planning.

I recommend the book to high school and university students, Insurance sales individuals and employees starting to enter work journey and to individuals already working. The author states that advance planning is possible at every age, though at a certain age it is easier to implement and difficult at certain ages, but not impossible. This is serves as an welcoming invitation for readers to explore advance planning, using mechanisms presented by the author.

I found only 2 errors in the book. For example numbering not typed under certain headings.

I rate the book [b||]4 out of 4[/b] .The book was professionally edited

A well written book in guiding and giving advice on advance planning. The author has presented the reader not only with answers but also with solutions for retirement advance planning. Thus problems experienced with advance planning for one's retirement age
has been presented with a solution in the book.
