Reconfigurement is an enlightening body of work by E. Alan Fleischauer that sheds light on a challenging time in most people's lives, namely the interval before and after retirement. The author discusses the critical need to find innovative retirement planning techniques outside of the conventional ones in his book, which also focuses on significant issues including financial planning, investments, and health insurance. His knowledge as a financial counselor allows him to underline the many advantages of beginning retirement plans early. The book also offers advice on how to live a healthy and long life after retiring as well as the best ways to get ready for retirement.

This book has a wealth of knowledge and multiple positive areas. It offers helpful advice on how to operate and manage a successful business as well as other ways anyone thinking about retiring can use to ensure stability in their lives and maintain a healthy livelihood. I also value the author's efforts to keep his message simple and concise, thus I was able to finish it in one sitting since I never found myself becoming bored. The huge percentage of Americans who despise their work (70%) is another fascinating fact I learned. Furthermore, the writer gives his opinion about what people should do when they dislike their jobs, instead of quitting entirely. I picked up important knowledge about the value of money and how to maintain a consistent income even after retirement. It helped me to understand how to find gainful employment to avoid running out of money after retirement.

The power of planning is very important to all individuals. The author presented this message clearly in his piece. The steps he gave were properly arranged and easy to follow.
The book was also perfectly edited. I did not find any grammatical or spelling errors in this book. I appreciate the way E. Alan Fleischauer gets calm and personal in his writing and it felt like reading steady advice from someone familiar. The points were conveyed perfectly and it made a usually dry topic much more engaging. The book was also made lively by his use of many relevant jokes and puns, though some might regard them as irrelevant and unnecessary. The author ends by providing sources for further research and offering some wise advice, such as not waiting until retirement to enjoy life to the fullest.

I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars. There was nothing I disliked about the book and I wouldn't give it a lower rating because it was well-written and effectively conveyed its point. The text was carefully referenced, and the language utilized was exact. Even though I don't currently have any retirement plans, it helped open up my mind to new concepts and offered me enough to consider regarding my reconfigurement process.

I recommend this book to anyone, regardless of age, who is willing to make important decisions for their future. Anyone with an interest in financial strategy and planning will also find it appealing.
