Review of Findin9 H2OM3
Findin9 H2OM3: SON of MAN, by Jameson B Grant, is a non-fictional book. Jameson shares a memoir of his life journey from childhood to adulthood. He shares his dreams, thoughts, failure, success, relationship with God, and all his life activities as he travels worldwide.
This book starts with Jameson explaining to the readers that everyone is sent to earth for a purpose. He described life to be a gift that God has bestowed upon us. He also made a valid point by saying a gift can either be good or bad; you can always accept life the way it presents itself without putting much pressure. Jameson explains that some are born short, tall, small, big, beautiful and ugly; no one can be perfect. Instead of searching for life's meaning, we should allow ourselves to discover our purpose in life.
Jameson tells us about his mum named, Elba. She was a pioneer and had Jameson at the age of 18. Elba left Jameson's father and took James with her to the US for a better life. James' father made life challenging for Elba. James faced different faces of life, which gave in detail in this book. He became a flight attendant and worked for MGM. He later was caught up with depression after the demise of his uncle, which made him turn to a new life. He went into drinking, and his life became a mess, but after a while, he could stop those addictions. He took back pieces of his broken life by returning to Hollywood to pursue his dreams of acting and entertainment.
This book contains many pictures and made me feel like I was going through a photo album. It also includes some flags with detailed descriptions and measurements. I liked the fact that the author was able to pursue his dreams and also believed in God. I loved the positivity in this book. This book is inspiring.
What I disliked about this book was the arrangement of the book. It got me confused at some points. I also found some of the pictures unnecessary as it pushes away one's focus on the main story. Some of the YouTube links, too, weren't working.
I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars because the arrangements were disorganised, and I found grammatical errors. I found a non- borderline profanity. This book was well-edited. I recommend this book to lovers of memoirs, geography, tales, goals, and adventure. I won't put an age limit on this book cause anyone can read it. Though written from a Christian point of view about believing in God, non-believers can also benefit from and enjoy this book. This book was intriguing.
