Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an informative book about planning for the future. The author describes the importance of having retirement strategies that include planning for retirement activities to have a fun and fulfilling life after retirement. The author also provides the assessment skills like career aptitude assessment that will help us find a career that we love and can fit in. The book also covers social security, health insurance, retirement plan investments, and budgeting. This book guides individuals who want to prepare for retirement, are thinking of planning for the future, or want to make better life decisions. The author has provided specific guidelines and financial strategies for planning for the future.

Not only is this book informative, but it is also fascinating. The book is an eye-opener. It educates on the importance of planning for the future, investing, budgeting, social security, life protection, and career testing. The book has made me think of my future and has taught me how to plan for my finances. His writing skills are fantastic, and the plot is engaging. It's like he was having direct conversations with the readers. I loved how the author detailed the information; he had the reader’s best interests at heart. I also loved how he used jokes though it was too much. It made the book livelier and more enjoyable. The language used was simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. I loved the flow of the book. It was well-written. If I want to reconfigure my financial retirement plan in the future, I will use this book as a reference. This book is worth reading.

I disliked nothing about the book. On the contrary, it was informative and fascinating. Furthermore, I did not find any grammatical error or typos, which mean the book was well-written and exceptionally edited. I commend the author for that.

I am glad to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because of its excellent editing. The book is inspiring, educational, and challenging. It is also exciting and enjoyable. It, therefore, is worth reading.

I recommend this book to anyone planning for retirement or the future or who wants to make financial changes and does not know where to start. The book is a guide for financial planning and planning for the future. It is also an excellent read for employers, employees, and those who love nonfiction books, as Reconfigurement will not disappoint.
