Reconfigurement, by E.Alan Fleishauer, is a self-help, motivational, educational, and eye-opening book. Many these days are preoccupied with so many events that they tend to forget about the future. This book will give ideas, thoughts, and advice on preparing and planning for the best life after retirement. This book would help those unsure of their future and how to go about it.

The author did a brilliant job of not only telling us the problems people at an early age have about planning, but he also gave advice, strategies, and solutions. He told us the disadvantage of not planning. Many people live longer than many decades ago, so there's a need to prepare adequately for more years of living after retirement. This book contains a lot of positive content. Alan gave strategies like getting a life insurance scheme, social security, medical services, and income security. A lot of advice that could help one think ahead is found in this book. No one wants to go broke after retirement, so the best way to avoid that is to start saving and planning for retirement.

I liked how the author was able to keep this book entertaining by sprinkling a variety of jokes in some parts of the book. This book is indeed an eye-opener to me as a younger person, I have never thought about planning ahead of retirement, but with the help of this book, I can see the need to do so. This book wasn't time-consuming. I also learned that age should never be a barrier to planning for the future. This book was inspiring. The writing style was conversational and engaging.

What I found negative about this book was that the pages weren't numbered, and it became difficult to locate where I stopped after taking a break. The second reason would be a personal justification. I couldn't relate to some content because it related more to the United States system. However, this book also served its purpose and covered various values and financial ideas. The author is a brilliant writer and a good advisor.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it presents answers to many unanswered and bothering questions about retirement. This book was professionally edited and with no errors. I found a borderline profane word. I recommend this book to whoever is lost in finding their financial stand in life and whoever wants to prepare for a better and more relaxing future. I also recommend this book to adults ranging from the ages of 30-50. This book was educational and helpful. Grab a copy now.
