Review of Reconfigurement
After years of giving and working, the retirement period is one of the most crucial stages that any individual will go through. Many changes will occur in the individual's and his family's lifestyle and level of living due to the low income and the loss of other supportive elements such as material benefits or medical insurance. As a result, it is critical to begin preparing for and financially planning for the retirement stage early, rather than when the retirement age approaches or when you choose to retire early. Early retirement planning ensures that you establish a comfortable financial level that allows you to satisfy your needs and commitments while also dealing with any emergency financial issues that may arise during that time.
Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer provides comprehensive information about how and what readers need to do to prepare for retirement while still on active duty. The author explains market capitalization in a simple but precise way in this book. The investment opportunity is also discussed, as how readers can choose the most suitable investment by detailing its virtues and defects.
The book offers relatable examples explaining why budgeting is vital and working in retirement is valuable. Moreover, the book outlines four different types of annuities from which income can be developed.
Throughout his book, the author wrote conversationally and kept the reader's attention. He addresses some daily financial challenges using his experience as a financial advisor.
The author's financial background also made his examples more realistic. His experience in different situations enabled him to provide valuable advice. He also spent a respectable amount of time studying these topics, so he spoke out of his experience.
In my opinion, this is a highly relevant book. In Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, one can learn a lot about the market and business ideas that one must consider before beginning a career. The author spent a lot of time researching and collecting facts for this book. Moreover, his claims were backed up by valid references.
The only drawback of this book is that it cannot be generalized. I believe that for a person who doesn't live in the USA, many factors will not match the ones that the author mentioned. This book covers particular types of systems that exist in the USA. Other countries may not use the same types of systems.
Overall, I thought the author's writing style to be well engaging. It was straightforward to understand. Also, knowing that the subject may bore the readers, the author intersperses several jokes throughout the book to hold the reader's attention.
I found no typos when reading the book because it was exceptionally well-edited. I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars for all the positive aspects I found in it.
I recommend this book to anyone starting a career and wants to know more about business or planning for retirement. It should be noted that their country's system should be compatible with the USA's system.
