In the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, most people work hard without making any plans ahead of them as regards to retirement. This eventually deprives them of amazing things they are supposed to enjoy as retirees. This is because when the chapter of the working age closes, a new chapter opens which is the retirement age and eventually opens to a 'new life' altogether. There are many insurance policies the working class should embark on. The insurance policies include Life insurance policy, Disability insurance policy which is of two kinds (Personal disability insurance policy and Group insurance policy) and Income protection policy. He stressed on the advantage of choosing the Personal disability insurance policy over Group disability insurance policy. Also, some ways to help reconfigure and plan ahead of retirement which include taking Career Aptitude Tests and Work Value Assessments. He also mentioned the different kinds of annuities a person enjoys from being a spouse or a divorced spouse of the deceased and the eligibility for social security benefits.

Alan's book is a combination of facts and sacarstic humor. Readers would find products of this combination very interesting. His sense of humor was top-notch and well applied in his book. Readers would find some laughing moments, an instance was when he talked about how retirees leave money to their children, grand children, charity and never to him.

I find very interesting, the fact that he used graphics, life experiences, stories and most of all, his jokes to make his book lively because at the beginning of the book, one would get a little bored with reading a book that is not a novel. Also, the collocations at each chapter of the book helps serve as a reminder so it could be part of the subconscious mind. Not forgetting his saying, "Reconfigurement is planning ahead"

I do not think there would be anything to not love about this book and there was never a dull moment reading the book and I could actually hear each of his book in my head as though he was speaking to me.

Reconfigurement would be entertaining for patient readers and people who love reading inspiring write-ups.
It is an educative piece of work. This is because some vital things which ageing people do not know that could help them enjoy their new life after retirement is all contained in this book.

I would recommend this book to adults especially the ageing and anyone who would love to have a fulfilled life after retirement. 4 out of 4 stars is the only reasonable rating for this epic book. Despite its simplicity, I did not find any error in this book.
