As Christians sometimes we tend to lose our way and ruin our relationship with God .Trying to renew our relationship with the almighty using our own knowledge of God can prove to be an impossible task. In this book the author has shown us the mediator in our broken relationships with God.

During his early days as a christian , John Bullock had misunderstood some parts of the gospel of Jesus in the bible.He felt like he was missing the main contempt that Jesus was teaching . In this book the author is encouraging us to always seek clarity when in doubt. This can help us to get to know God better. God warns of ignorance because it leads to sin and sin leads to death. In whatever we do we should allow God to take the lead . The author is also advising us to stop viewing our relationship with God as the relationship between a king and his subjects but to see it as the relationship of a loving father and his children. This is the kind of relationship Jesus had with God.

I liked the way the author presented his facts followed by a bible verse to support it. At the beginning of every chapter the author gave the key contempt to be discussed inorder to keep our minds focused on that topic. Bullock also shared his personal stories and real life stories in relation to the bible to make us understand what he meant. He did not forget to talk about what motivated him to seek a better understanding of the gospel of Jesus in the bible , including the questions concerning salvation and why Jesus died a shameful death instead of us and how it affected the relationship of God and his people. A lot of lessons are to be learnt from this book , for example how to leave as a true child of God after mending our relationship with him.

I loved everything about this book, it is enjoyable and easy to grasp the message being given out. I did not encounter any errors in this book as it was exceptionally well-edited. Reading this books has made me to get a better understanding of God's love on his children. I have realized that he does not want every single one of us to perish but he wants every one to be with him in his kingdom come. I'm recommending this book to those who are willing to know God better than before through Jesus Christ.
