Are you looking to understand the importance of money and the necessary steps to secure your future? Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a book that encourages everyone to plan and prepare for their future and retirement. This book provides a raw form of financial literacy, management, and planning to help people make calculative decisions that could shape their future. This book is of great importance because the majority work hard from the moment they are born to the moment they die without making plans for when they get old and can't work anymore.

The book has 155 pages and 13 chapters and narrates the changes we faced in recent years and the pattern of low life expectancy during the times when the retirement age was 65. Many people live long after retirement, so financial measures are necessary to guarantee their survival and healthy living long after retirement. The author provides guides on the planning process and its importance to avoid settling for minimal jobs that leave you with nothing in retirement. There are also tips on saving money and working passionately and without stress. The book provides knowledge on career assessments. For example, disability insurance, government bonds, and mutual funds are among the different investments and insurance policies that are important for retirees. Finally, anyone can reconfigure their life at any age. Read along to learn more.

The positive aspects of this book start from the authors' genuine desire to help people during their working days to plan, save, and enjoy their work. The author helped retirees make the right decisions. The author wrote this book from his knowledge gained through experience as a financial advisor with an MBA and proper research. I appreciated the fun and creative ways he used the examples to pass on his thoughts and the jokes he used to retain the reader's attention. It was so relatable and realistic. The websites and references provided are priceless.

There is nothing to dislike about this book; it was informative and written in a simple-to-read format. It was very detailed and descriptive when describing policies and processes. I learned a lot from this book about investment plans and financial management.

I proudly rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because of its excellent text style. This book was exceptionally well-edited and captivating. It had no errors, and I learned a lot from it. For these reasons, it is deserving of its rating.

I highly recommend this book to readers interested in a secure and free life after retirement, employers, and working people. I recommend it to financial advisors and managers.

This book is really not interesting to me and that’s a problem because. This is truly vital information. Unfortunately, I am aware of many of the topics covered in this work and have not put them into practice.

This book reaffirms the popular saying that he who fails to plan plan to fail. I consider this book a great read most especially for young parents. It is good to spend and train your children but it is wise to save for retirement. Wonderful review welldone
