What will we be doing after reaching the age of retirement? Who will take care of our finances and guide us when we retire? How will we survive the life after retirement? How will we be able to select the jobs after retirement whether full time jobs or part time jobs? The book Reconfigurement written by E.Allan Fleischauer gives answers to the above questions clearly also giving the best advices concerning the planning issues. This book describes how to plan for future, suggesting the best age to rethink of doing a new job. This book contain several subjects that will help the reader to answer the questions concerning finances. It explains about future planning, income, assessment, and investment choices. In a modern day world people are expected to live longer as adults than the previous generations and so one may live several years after retirement, this book gives direction on what to do so as to prepare for that time. This book also explains about several insurances that everyone must have before or even after retirement. These insurances include health insurance, disability insurance and social security insurance. The book gives a way of assessing oneself via websites and he explained how those websites operate on doing assessments.

What I like from this book is that it is well organized and its contents are written in terms of chapters which make it easy for doing references. But also the writer precisely gives descriptions by bar chats that make it easy for the readers to understand and refer to the statistics he just explained. Another thing that was good in the book is that he gives a number of references regarding the discussed topic on the last page of the chapter that will make it easy for the readers to make a follow-up for deep understanding of that matter.
The book shows how necessary the insurances are to the people.
E.Allan has written this book as one to one conversation book which makes it more captive and attractive to the readers unlike other financial books which turn to be so boring when reading it. Fleischauer made the book itself as a tool of assessment and very challenging since he included some questions that were directed to the reader before he gave his description on a specific matter. The book gave possible solutions regarding community matters like we need to travel more before our retirement, save more, invest more, get insurances as early as possible and also taking good care of our health.

I kind of dislike the way this book was American based book because there some matters which I find them very interesting to understand but they were referenced according to the life of America and its culture the thing which other countries dont follow. Other than that i have nothing special to dislike about this book since it was good, very captive and well written.

I am rating this book 4 out of 4 because it has minimal mistakes and this book is exceptionally edited and I am recommending this book to all people with 40 years and above since they will learn how to plan their future after they retire but also to anyone who wants to know how to plan future and rethink of a new job to do which is either paying him much or he loves.
