The biography novel, A Dream For Peace, by Dr Ghoulem Berrah, is about Ghoulem himself, who desires to spread peace worldwide. The text talks about the author's role in bringing about diplomacy across the globe. Before the text's story discusses the author's accomplishments in spreading peace, it first examines his humble beginnings.

Ghoulem was just a boy born in a small village in the northern part of Africa, raised by his poor mother, who trained him until he got a scholarship at a university. As a child, he experienced how the French enslaved his fellow citizens. When he becomes mature, he joins a liberation group that swears to end all forms of oppression. His main goal was to free the Algerian people and send the French colonizers away from the country. Even while he migrated to other countries, he continued his activism to the extent that led to his imprisonment. He eventually got out of prison and stubbornly continued his desire for peace. If you want to know more about Ghoulem life history, read this novel.

I do like the personality of Ghoulem. He deserves an award for a noble prize. If he were president of my nation, Nigeria, there is a probability he would resolve the economic crisis and corruption my country is currently facing. His great deeds made him recognized by the past President of Cote d'Ivoire. Despite his status, he still doesn't look down on his people. He is comparable to notable leaders like Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, and many others.

I love that the author didn't just talk about his achievements but also his personal life. Many autobiography novels don't discuss the characters' personal lives, but this novel is an exception. For example, the book went so far as to include Ghoulem's past mistakes and affairs with his ex and current lover.

I tried to come up with a negative aspect of the novel, but there was nothing I could find. I will rate the novel 4 out of 4 stars since it is inspiring and full of educative content. The text is carefully proofread. Just one or two errors that I noticed in the book.

The novel doesn't have anything like profane or sexual language. So anybody is welcome to read it, including teens. Any reader that enjoys books on politics and biography in the setting of Africa should read this novel.
