Reconfigurement by Alan Flaischauer is a magnificent book that focuses on the need to plan ahead in your life. The author being a financial advisor with a vast experience, addresses various issues such as importance of working in a job you love, planning ahead, obtaining affordable life insurance, investing and planning for retirement. The book not only helps one to self-evaluate but also helps one to discover oneself. In the book, the author provides some assessments such as the career aptitude assessment which helps the reader understand the importance of making a wise career choice. In preparation for retirement the author emphasizes on the need to strategize your retirement as this will enable you to lead a rich life after retirement. The author unearths various social security myths.

I liked the grammar used to write this book since it is easily understood. The rhythm and flow of words makes any reader to develop an urge to keep reading the book. The author is precise and straight forward. The author uses simple terminologies to explain the strengths and weaknesses in investments, social security, retirement and life protection. His words are backed up with facts, figures and statistics which indeed are a reflection of how experienced the author is. I loved the authors’ sense of humour and use of anecdotes which make the book interesting. This book is not only educational but also serves as a total motivation to people of various age groups. The references and websites provided by this book are helpful for anyone who would like to research further on the world of investment.a

I disliked nothing about this book since it helped me to strategize my future. On the contrary, I enjoyed reading the whole book and would like to commend the author for using simple grammar which is easy to understand.

I did not find any typos or grammar errors while reading this book and this reflects the good work done by the editors of the book.

I am glad to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars as it is educational, motivational, informative and a life-changing tool. Reconfigurement will not only act as a tool for self-evaluation but will also provide tips to help people lead lives full of fun before and after retirement.

I recommend this book to people of all ages especially those who are about to start their careers as this will guide them in making the right choices. This book is worth reading as it shows us that the future is bright for all people, we only need to plan ahead.
