In a hasty rush to create something out of this thing called life, the weight and effects of negative experiences in life may materialize into mental disorders and emotional pressures like depression, anxiety, rage, pain, rejection, trauma, fear, and so on.

Rebuilt Recovery-Complete Series, a unique compilation by Heather L Phipps, was written in response to the numerous challenges posing grievous threats to people's lives today. Through her book, the author aims to help readers break free from the shackles of various mental illnesses and other life problems by embarking on a recovery journey with the Lord. She confronts the root causes of these problems by replacing the lies, false ideas, and destructive thoughts that the devil installs in people's minds with the unbreakable and immutable promise of God's word. The goal of this book is to give readers a profound, fundamental grasp of the truth of the Scripture and to support that truth with evidence.

With 574 pages, this book contains all four volumes of the A Journey with God series. It was appropriately organized into various lessons contained in chapters, which facilitated easy reading. The book was sufficiently replete with befitting Bible verses for each topic covered. The author advised that readers keep a journal as they go on this journey with the Lord in order to record critical events. I loved how the author included some reflection questions with each lesson to encourage readers to honestly examine their lives. I've read a few self-help spiritual books where spiritual notions were merely tossed at the readers without any valid explanation for believing them, but Heather Phipps has put significant effort and time into dissecting Biblical principles and supporting them with Scripture evidence. Every concept in this book was described thoroughly, and the author left no room for doubt or confusion.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. Because I discovered a lot of errors while reading, I give it a rating of three out of four stars. This book made me think about things I had never thought about or understood before. It has taught me to better understand and appreciate myself, as well as learn how to maintain a healthy relationship with others. Through this journey, I have experienced God's truth for myself and hope to keep a lasting relationship with Him.

Christians and anyone suffering from addiction, depression, mental illnesses, emotional stress, pain, or any other life issues should read this book because they will undoubtedly find healing within its pages.
