Financial planning is a necessary skill for anybody to have. This skill will help prevent financial difficulties such as bankruptcy. E. Alan Fleischauer's non-fiction novel, Reconfigurement, discusses how to do good financial planning. The book's author has been a financial adviser for over a decade. He aims to give financial advice to those who have retired. His novel discusses many financial items such as insurance, pensions, income protection, investments, social security programs, career assessment, and many more. Grab a copy of this book if you want to make better plans in the future towards your retirement age.

From the novel's description and the title, I thought it would be boring, but when I read it, it turned out to be different. I just loved the language of the text. It wasn't formal but full of question tags, slang, and humorous jokes, making the novel fun to read. It is jam-packed with engaging educational content. By reading it, I gain knowledge of the paths to take to have a better future. Initially, I usually think about what will become of me when I retire, but thanks to this novel, I have answers to my questions.

Another thing that entices me about the book is its cover. The book's cover is so beautiful to the point that it makes me choose to pick this book. The graphic designer did a great job designing a book cover that drew the audience's attention. Furthermore, I love how the novel is divided into chapters by chapters. As a result, it made the book easier to read.

I discovered no flaws in the novel. But if I am to come up with one, I will say that, in my personal opinion, the title of the book is not something engaging since it sounds boring. I will give it a 4 out of 4 stars rating, as there is nothing wrong with the novel. It is an excellent educational resource that can benefit anybody, especially working-class people. The book has been thoroughly proofread. There is only one typo I found on it.

I recommend this novel to middle-aged working-class men and women who want to know what they will do after they reach retirement age. This book will guide them on the steps to take to be financially secure even after they retire. This novel has nothing like profanity and sexual language, so teens can as well read it if they like to make plans at a young age before they can grow into full adults.
