Stress Test: How Donald Trump Threatens American Democracy gives us a flurry of information that directly adds to the threat to American democracy. The main focus here is former President Donald Trump, who, as the authorr has repeatedly stated, has strained the elasticity of American democracy to its breaking point. All that remains to be seen is whether the American democracy, together with the American people, can withstand these trials and put a stop to the myriad problems that risk turning the American democracy back into a primitive, violent, and unstable era. William Cooper has carried the heavy load in this book by laying out facts and facts alone about what Trump has been doing, even to this day, and how it has harmed the fairness and prudence of the world's longest-running democratic system.

First and foremost, I'd like to praise the author for the meticulous structure of this book. It continued progressively from July 2019 to March 2022, with extensive proof comprising solely truths regarding an American president's derogatory actions ranging from corrupt politics to orchestrating violent protests. As I read this book slowly, I became more aware of when, how, and why Trump responded in reaction to events, both serious and minor, that could have been handled better. The author demonstrates experience in this writing by addressing both the aspects that Trump looks good in and those that he does not, and he does it without any suggestion of undue aggression or incomplete judgment. He was the referee, and his sole responsibility was to bring to light facts that would assist the public in better understanding critical issues. While writing this book, William Cooper set out to present only facts. He was successful in doing so.

I absolutely loved reading this short book. Even though many people may disagree, the author did a fantastic job of highlighting the fact that Trump has done and continues to do far more harm than good to the American democratic system. This book had nothing that I didn't appreciate about it. I truly enjoyed it.

I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars. William Cooper has a long history of producing works of seasoned bravura, as he has demonstrated several times. He has been complimented countless times, and after reading this, I believe that such appreciation was well merited.

This book, Stress Test: How Donald Trump Threatens American Democracy, is for political aficionados, which should be every adult American who understands that electoral power is in the hands of the public and does not desire for such authority to be entrusted to anyone unsuited for the job. Everyone of voting age should read this book.
