Do you have a retirement plan? Have you made your plans financially? Reconfigurement is a good book for you.E. Alan Fleischauer vividly explains policies that can help you to not only make financial plans but also learn the benefits of making future financial plans. It is a perceptive book that will help you change the destiny of not only your life but also that of your family in future. The book acknowledges the fact that one must retire and life should go on. In that regard it sheds light on plans for retirement and when one should prepare for the same. Its my opinion that the points in this book are realistic since the author is an expert in financial management. The book also explains the different personalities that human beings portray. This is important because it helps you to choose a career that best suits your personality. The book also gives useful information to married people on how to use the funds they had put aside pending retirement. This information extends its useful nature even after divorce.

I love the arrangement of the chapters. All thirteen chapters are well explained and with a purpose. The chapters are explained in an easy-to-understand way with examples that one can relate to. The book is not boring to read thanks to the jokes in every chapter. Despite being a non-fiction book, E. Alan Fleischauer employs his sense of humor making the book fun and entertaining to read. I like the fact that the author uses information from authentic sources, such as the Bureau of Statistics. The book gives the reader websites to access more information which was a plus for me.

I did not dislike anything in this book. Unlike other books, it did not use difficult vocabulary. It is well researched and presented in a simple way hence easy to read and comprehend. The sense of humor employed by the author is entertaining.

I rate this book four out of four stars. This is warranted by the structure of the book, the jokes in the chapters, the choice of words, the content of the book, and all the other things I love about the book as explained in my second paragraph.

Since the book is more on retirement plans one can argue that the audience is those around forty to sixty years. I would recommend this book to also the youth who are looking for jobs that suit their personalities and to everybody who is working be they employed or self-employed. This is because saving for the future is a dream for every individual.
