Reconfigurement is a book about financial stability before and after retirement. It encourages readers to reconfigure their actions and take opportunities to improve their financial state. In addition, it provides several discussions about retirement planning and its technicalities to educate readers about different ways to retire successfully. The book covers all topics from 401k, investment choices, social securities, and career planning. It is an eye-opening book to reconfigure your financial decisions, determine the tools that will aid your successful retirement, improve individual skills that suit your career choice and learn from the author. E. Alan Fleischauer is a successful entrepreneur and certified financial planner who provides many suggestions to save us from the structural flaws of traditional American retirement planning.

An average person keeps working even after retirement because their savings from their primary career aren't enough to fund the things they want to do before. These situations result from poor retirement planning, economic complications or lack of individual discipline. This book wanted us to change and reconfigure our life choices. It encourages readers to make the best investment, search for opportunities and be knowledgeable about the financial world. It also contains light-hearted jokes to keep you entertained and a good delivery to keep you interested.

The book is exceptionally well-edited. The author did a fascinating job of separating the topics into chapters to allow readers to understand the book at a moderate pace. He also provided numerical data and individual accounts to strengthen his evidence and reinforce his financial advice. The book's message is relevant in modern society. It emphasizes the need for financial literacy and correct decision-making to avoid being financially broke in our old age. The quality of the lessons it contains is a privilege to read. In addition, the book has good narration and a conversational tone that fits an advising manner.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars for the above reasons. I have not encountered any negative takes that should affect the rating. It is the best book to guide an individual into proper retirement planning. It answers many questions about making the correct financial choices.

I strongly recommend this book to adults. It is an essential and knowledgeable book for the working population or young adults who are planning to be financially stable in the future. This book persuades us to reconfigure and make the best decisions to save ourselves from a financial crisis.
