When all your life you've constantly been beaten down by life, and you feel shame and resentment towards yourself and have given up, you can accept being a victim, or you can say enough is enough and take action to heal. It all depends on you. This book is a road map to healing. Why don't you grab it and embark on this journey?

Seeking... Finding... Healing... by Becky Lu Jackson is not like your average philosophical self-help book. This book gives you practical tools, as well as theories, and a step-by-step process to heal the traumas of your inner family and overcome those emotions limiting you, and that have kept you chained to your past. This book serves as a guide to anyone suffering the consequences of childhood or adult trauma to find complete peace and healing within themselves and their inner family.

What I liked about this book are Becky's meekness and humility. In this book, she humbly shares her own story of inner healing. She decided not to hide anything from readers, exposing her struggles, demons, and dark past that haunted her when she was overcome by drugs and eating addiction. The stories shared by others in this book where they exposed their inner struggles and how they healed serve as an inspiration to readers. I too, have been inspired by this book. One other thing I love about this book is how it is divided into parts, taking readers on a steady journey to healing.

There's nothing to hate in this book. It is filled with inspiration and guidance. The part I enjoyed is the part where readers are taught step-by-step how to meet with their younger and older selves. I am not the type of person who engages in meditation, but the way Becky presented this book has motivated me to try it out. What's more relaxing than meeting with your younger and older selves and reconnecting and healing with them? With this book's guidance, finding the right path to healing is easy. I thank Becky for writing this book, and I know it's going to lead a lot of readers back to the path of healing.

This book is professionally edited, as I found just a few typos, and they didn't disrupt the flow of the book. Therefore, I rate this book a sounding 4 out of 4 stars. I believe it is well deserved for my rating because of what it offers to readers. I recommend this book to readers who desire healing and motivation. Those looking for self-improvement can benefit from this book.
