Conventional cancer treatment is exorbitantly expensive nowadays, and patients have to pay through the nose in a bid to survive. Furthermore, they may be dangerous and toxic — be it radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgeries that remove the tumors. What if you knew that there is an alternative that is far more effective and safe? Sounds too good to be true, right? But there are natural extracts that can totally eliminate tumors without the pain of any side effects. Two such herbal extracts, Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria were used by Sylvie Beljanski's dad, Dr. Mirko Beljanski, to treat cancer for a long time and many lives were saved.

However, hell broke loose when President François Mitterrand also benefited from the cancer cure, something that didn't go well with politicians who were ready to take power once Mitterrand was dead as well as mainstream doctors and experts who felt unconventional extracts working better than normal medications was an insult to them. Because of that, both Dr. Mirko Beljanski and his partner, Dr. Philip de Kuyper, and all their staff, were arrested and instructed never to do any research again.

I'm amazed by Sylvie Beljanski's passion to keep her father's research alive. In my opinion, it was so despicable that Beljanski's life-saving discoveries were destroyed because of politics and selfish interests. Despite the hurdles, Beljanski Foundation has sprung up stronger than ever and numerous research have been done on Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria extracts that have proven their effectiveness in eliminating even the most malignant cancer stem cells. By that, we are assured of total elimination without the risk of recurrence or metastasis. It is wonderful and awe-inspiring to read how Sylvie Beljanski has continued to keep her father's discoveries alive, which goes a long way in strengthening the war on cancer. In this book, Winning the War on Cancer: An Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure, Sylvie Beljanski tells her life story and educates on the benefits of natural alternatives in treating not only cancer but also other diseases like diabetes.

This book was expertly written and there's nothing I disliked. The inclusion of Sylvie Beljanski's life story also gives good background information on everything. That helps us understand why she is so hell-bent on educating as many people as possible. The book has also been perfectly edited. I have no choice but to give it a solid 4 out of 4 stars. I don't see any reason for removing any stars.

I recommend this book to everyone who wants to know more about how natural medications can help cure cancer and potentially save lives. This information isn't found anywhere — unless your doctor will be so kind and inform you about it — so this book is a treasure to have.
