Review of Snatched Up to Heaven!
Snatched Up to Heaven! by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is an interesting Christian book that focuses on the dreams of two daughters from the author when they were only 4 and 2 years old. It is a non-fiction book that discusses their dreams about heaven and hell.
One day two girls named Priyanka, aged 4, and Deepika, aged 2, dream about heaven and hell and tell their parents. They were carried by Jesus Christ himself into heaven and hell. At first, they were invited by Jesus into heaven. There, they see happiness and no pain. The temperature in heaven is even fit for humans, not too cold and not too hot. Then they are taken to hell, where all they see is suffering. In every dream, they explain, given meanings and comparisons with biblical verses by the author, namely their parents.
The most interesting thing about this book is how amazing it is that children, who were only 4 and 2 years old, can clearly remember their dreams and tell them back to their parents. This is very special and certainly something that is rarely experienced by other children their age, because in general, other children only have random dreams and do not necessarily understand what dreams mean, let alone be able to remember them completely and retell them to others. It is possible because of the power of God, so they could experience things that very rarely happen to other people. Another thing I admire is that their parents take their children's stories seriously. Commonly, other parents do not have time to pay special attention to this, and most are not taken seriously because of their young age.
There's nothing I didn't like about this book. The topic raised by the author is very interesting, unique, and original. The language used is simple and easy to understand. The explanation given by the author is not complicated and provides a new perspective for the reader, be it for those who are new to Christianity or for those who are Christians.
I would give this book 4 out of 4 stars. I can't find any grammar errors or typos. Looks like this book has been exceptionally edited. I would recommend this book to those who are mostly Christians and believe in Jesus Christ and the Bible. Although it is also possible for readers of other religions who are interested in Christianity.
