Reconfigurement is a wonderful book written by E. Alan Fleischauer. The book is basically about how to secure a comfortable future. In most cases, people tend to worry about their current lives, forgetting that at some point they will be too tired to work, too old to be employed, completely unable to work, or just not willing to work anymore. These are the years when one is spending but not receiving a salary. The author is interested in this year's and is giving suggestions about planning ahead.I call them suggestions, as one may require more detailed professional advice on the same. What is "planning ahead"? How does one plan ahead? Who is to be included in the planning ahead? Are there risks involved, or are there just benefits? To answer this question and many more, consider reading this book.

The author expresses serious matters in a humorous way, which makes it interesting to read. Unlike most non-fiction stories, the book was not boring, as humor had been used wisely without interfering with the book's content rather than enhancing it. The way the author insisted on some points created a mental picture of a teacher who sure wishes their learners understood. For instance, where the author says, "Remember, Reconfigurement," it's about what? That’s right—plan ahead!" This made me feel like I was listening to the author virtually. The way the book makes it seem easy to change careers is a great encouragement for people who want to change careers but are wondering whether they are too late.

The book was awesome, with no negative aspects. The jokes were pale compared to someone my age, but then the book's ideal age had been highlighted as 40–50 years. However, this did not affect my enjoyment of the book; on the contrary, I would also recommend this book to people in their 30s who might be wondering whether they are doing the right thing or what other career they can choose or change to.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The book was exceptionally well edited, with zero errors. The book content exceeded the expectations I had while choosing the book, hence the perfect score.

I highly recommend this book to readers who are not happy in their careers and wish to change but are not sure what is best for them. It is also suited to people who wish to plan ahead but are not sure what they need or how to start. The ideal age for readers is 40–50, but it is also suited to people over 30 years old. The book has no religious boundaries and contains only borderline profanity.
