Reconfigurement By E. Alan Fleischauer.
Reconfigurement: This book provides in-depth details of the right way to plan for retirement and old age. It involves the right financial steps to take toward enjoying a retirement age free from debts and losses. The author, E. Alan Fleischauer, is a certified financial planner and chartered financial consultant. Plus, a retirement income professional, and estate planner with a master's science in financial planning. He used his vast experience to provide the right information needed regarding taxes, investment, 401(k), and insurance. Besides providing several ways to have the best retirement years. This book gives insights on how to find the right occupation to engage in during retirement. It explains this by providing a section for job aptitude assessment people can partake in. The job aptitude assessment will help people discover the right occupation they can engage in after retirement from work. To show the authenticity of the job aptitude assessments section. The author explained he took part in most of the aptitude assessments. Then he gave exact details on what to expect from them.

The author makes use of several financial terms capable of boring me while reading. This is because I have next to nothing knowledge about financial terms. However, E. Alan Fleischauer added jokes. Plus, a good sense of humor in the right proportion and at the right places, which made me find the book interesting. Therefore, I could read the book from cover to cover. Also, the career aptitude assessment mentioned in the book can help people understand their personalities and characters better. It'll also help them make the right decision as regards the right occupation to settle for after retirement. Every information provided as regards taxes, 401(k), and insurance. Plus, pension and investment will help enlighten the readers to make the right decisions as regards having financial security. Therefore, their bosses, lawyers, and everyone in charge of their financial welfare won't cheat them.

The book has several financial and accounting terms. Therefore, someone with little knowledge in that aspect will find it difficult to assimilate and understand the book fully.

I give Reconfigurement a rating of 5 out of 5 rating stars. This is because the book is perfectly structured and professionally and exceptionally edited. I couldn't find any errors in grammar, typos, or spelling alike.

I'll recommend this book to the working class people and retirees alike. This book will help the working class people plan and reconfigure their life in the right way ahead of retirement. This book will help retirees make a u-turn in having the best retirement years.
