Winning the War on Cancer by Sylvie Beljanski can just be said to be an inspiration. The book combines therapy with a real-life story! But not just an ordinary plot but a discovery in the field of cancer cells that sets off inspiration and a series of events.

Everything starts with a discovery! One that, even if not so successful at the beginning, hides high potential. The discoverers of this sensational discovery, namely the parents of the author, Mirko and Monique Beljanski, make a solid scientific breakthrough related to the treatment of cancer.

They discovered plant extracts capable of eliminating cancer cells without affecting healthy ones. The difficulties come a little further when a system of complex events, mostly of different opinions, brings them into extreme conflict. Namely, how much can this discovery help? And most of all, is it legal?

Winning the War on Cancer by Sylvie Beljanski tells the entire development of events from their beginning but also puts the idea into a tight thriller. Scientists' concepts about using natural extracts or natural medicines to deal with cancer are intriguing. This field is widespread, and many great minds are working on this global problem. It is always good to see things from every side and take advantage of every opportunity as long as it agrees with saving human life. I think the author managed quite well to realize the plot and touch the reader in a particular way.

However, there are things in Winning the War on Cancer by Sylvie Beljanski that caught my attention. What is interesting in this case is that some parts do not seem entirely credible, or it seems as if the author is more inclined to turn to fiction. I am not an expert and cannot give an expert opinion on the credibility of the writing, so I would advise readers to think twice.

With the general overview of everything, I will also note that the book definitely has good potential, and even though it is non-fiction, I think it can be of interest to many people. That's why I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. Because it's interesting, and if we sometimes accept that using a kind of homeopathy in dealing with cancer works, it can be helpful. I recommend Winning the War on Cancer by Sylvie Beljanski to anyone who is interested in non-fiction and wants to learn more about cancer. However, the scientific part and the use of relic terms can help some people find something quite useful, even if they are just getting acquainted with this field of medicine.
