Making money is a crucial component of financial planning; did you know that? Yes, and E.Alan Fleischauer wrote Reconfigurement to reveal these simple yet nuanced realities as well as many more that we do not frequently consider. In order to bridge the gap between reality and tradition, the author, a financial advisor with over 20 years of experience, produced this book. Given that we are living longer but are still dependent on ideas developed primarily to benefit generations with shorter life expectancies, it behooves us to come up with fresher ideas. As a specialist in financial management, the author's claims are supported by facts that are relevant to long-term financial planning.

The writing was excellent, the flow was natural, and the tone was informal and conversational. The author's memories and experiences help to increase the topic's relatability and enjoyment. I appreciated how the explanations of financial theories and models were clarified in straightforward language that everyone could comprehend while still offering beneficial guidance on where to find trustworthy financial advisors and life insurance agents. It was amusing to see the author's humor used consistently throughout the book. This is because topics like money and insurance—which are frequently thought of as dry topics covered in books—were made engaging. The addition of some jokes greatly enhanced the plot.

I was taken aback by the author's refusal to pose as an all-knowing authority and his swift acknowledgment of reliable sources in areas where he lacked competence. Since many people continue to live active lives after retirement, it is important to take financial precautions to ensure their continued well-being. In order to avoid taking meager occupations that leave you with nothing in retirement, the author offers tips on the preparation process. There are hints on how to work with passion and without stress, as well as how to save money. Information on career assessments is included in the book. Among the various investments and insurance plans that are crucial for retirees are, for instance, mutual funds, government bonds, and disability insurance. And last, everyone can change how they live at any age.

There is nothing unfavorable that I could say about the book. The author uses humor to instruct readers on financial and career planning. The book has fantastic editing. I didn't spot any mistakes, either. The book is well-written and covers a wide range of subjects. I endorse this book. These factors earn it four out of five stars. This book should be read by those without a lot of experience in retirement planning. Additionally, this book should be purchased by anyone considering investing or financial planning.

While only a rough guide, this book has a broad range of applications. In essence, anyone can read it and benefit from the knowledge it provides. It is packed with details on insurance policies, career assessments, and a whole lot more. It also provides helpful advice on how to organize your goals and plans.
