Review of Winning the War on Cancer
In the society we live in today, cancer is one of the main causes of mortality and has claimed the lives of many individuals. Many people are still facing this fatal illness at this time. When I came upon this book, it gave me hope that we could defeat cancer as well as the suffering and losses it brings. Although there is nothing we can do to help individuals who have passed away from cancer, we can still help others who are still struggling. The book, Winning the War on Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure, was written by Sylvie Beljanski. This book provides important and well-researched information about cancer treatment alternatives in a natural way.
This book discusses the horrible ways the pharmaceutical industry rules the world with regard to cancer treatment. Surprisingly, the very people we think are out to help us are actually harming us. This is both depressing and disappointing. I believe it is high time for pharmaceutical companies to start caring more about the lives of others than just the money they stand to gain. This book also includes a memoir of the author's father's research, a story of the author's personal hardships, a description of how the author works on her father's study, as well as information about her marriage and organization.
The author's motivations for writing and publishing this book impressed me. I believe the world would be a better place for all of us if there were more authors like Sylvie Beljanski offering very important knowledge on this kind of issue. I particularly appreciate that the author used the word "winning" with the goal of being encouraging, especially for those who are still struggling with it. It is a message of hope. It genuinely opened my eyes to subjects I had no idea about. I liked the writer's dedication to finding a cure for cancer and for exposing those who stand in the way. The boundary between making more money and saving lives needs to be established. Perhaps that is the impediment to discovering a cancer treatment.
I really appreciate how easily understood the writing is in this book. It's enjoyable to read, and I don't have any trouble understanding all the terminology. I'm happy to add that this book, in my opinion, has been extraordinarily well edited; while reading it, I detected no mistakes. Certain aspects of the appendix, especially some of the titles of Dr. Mirko Beljanski's works, were written in French. I find this to be my least favorite component of the book. I would have been more comfortable if they had been translated from French to English. In spite of this, I adored the book.
I strongly recommend this highly informative book to people suffering from cancer and other chronic diseases. Also, all those who are willing to give integrative medicine a chance will find this book a valuable source of information. With gladness in my heart, I am pleased to give Winning the War on Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. With the degree of knowledge and how helpful it will be to those suffering from cancer and other chronic diseases, and with it also being an exceptionally well-edited book, I have no other choice but to give it the best rating.
