Do you agree that you are getting older? Have you planned for the future? Specifically, have you planned for your retirement? If you have planned for it, or planning for it, or haven’t planned for it yet, or do not even know what retirement is, then Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is meant for you.

The central theme of this book is how to plan for your retirement. The author presents his point in thirteen chapters containing policies of financial planning and how to get it, techniques to make it more manageable, the importance of planning, benefits of investments, and how to make retirement plans. As no one wants to, or is capable of, working forever, retirement is a must for everyone. This book will guide you to plan for your future retirement by giving you facts, techniques, and tips that will help you make your choice.

I must say, this is a good read. First, let’s give a big applause to the author, as he has done a great job writing this book. It has been written beautifully with insightful points, helpful content, and entertaining humor. The points outlined in this book enlightened me on the importance of planning for retirement. The contents have helped me start planning for my retirement. The humor keeps me awake to read this book until the end. I really like it when he gives some humor while presenting his points. It makes me feel light-hearted while reading the book.

There is nothing I dislike about this book. The language structure and humor might annoy some readers though. Even so, I have no complaints about it, as it suited me just right.

This book is exceptionally well-edited, as I didn’t find any errors in it. The book has good points, excellent writing quality, accurate facts, and clean formatting. This makes it easy for the eyes and comfortable to read. I do not find any glaring mistakes in this book. Due to these reasons, I am glad to give this book the rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to every income earner, as they will need to retire someday. Other than that, I recommend Americans to read this book, as the tips given in it can directly be applied by them. I also recommend this book to those in their 40s. I think this book will resonate well with them. I suggest financial planners read this book; it will open their minds. This book contains retirement plans, tips, policies, investments, opinions, and so on. If you like this book, feel free to read this book. May all the readers enjoy this book.
