Review of The Dream Primer
The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning Hi-Res Future You Must Pursue is a self-help, self-motivating, and inspiring book for those struggling to persevere on the path and stay on track with their dream. Jeff Meyer continues from his latest book, Fear Not, Dream Big, and Execute, and gives the reader journal entries and tips to help stay on the road to achieve success and keep the win. Jeff Meyer wrote this for pivotal life-changing moments such as moving away, starting a new job or starting a family. The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning HI-Res Future You Must Pursue shows readers how to turn their passion into a lifelong career and a scary situation into a dream that will create a life of bliss and happiness.
Meyer decided to focus this book on the question, why? Why is this your dream? How will this dream bring you happiness? Do you feel like you will live your intended life through this dream? Backed by Meyer’s struggle moving into a new home and starting a new chapter of his life someplace else, I believe Meyer succeeded in inspiring readers to find their dream and journey for success. If you are serious about pursuing your dream, it is vital to follow the exercises Meyer presented throughout each chapter. Meyer is a fan of journaling, and I connected with many of the practices mainly because I love to journal. Even if the reader is vastly critical and a severe doubter, the exercises will at least give great insight to determine their path in achieving their dream.
There were many positives to The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning Hi-Res Future You Pursue. Jeff Meyer shared the success of his wife and himself and told the reader to follow this exercise if it relates to their journey. Meyer also told unconventional case studies of his friends, and other people struggling to pass tough exams crucial to achieving their dream careers. Writing a novel incorporating the review material for the exam combined his creative skills with his intellectual mind, and he passed the exam. This story is a perfect example of the message that there is no right way to achieve your dream, as Meyer conveys throughout the book. However, I appreciated Jeff Meyer incorporating his friend’s version of her best practices as a guide, even though, as Meyer communicates throughout the book, not every voice inspires, and it’s essential to find an agent that inspires you.
There was nothing about The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning Hi-Res Future You Pursue, I found negative. The book was exceptionally well-edited, well-conceived, and unbelievably fascinating. Meyer is a Christian and does refer to the Bible, but the book is structured to fit all religions. I enjoyed this book so much that I read it multiple times, did the journal entries, and am proud to give 5 out of 5 stars.
I recommend this book to everyone, even if you have already found and achieved your dream job. The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning HI-Res Future You Pursue is filled with lessons suitable for everyone and even passed down from generation to generation. This book will give its readers the confidence they need to achieve their dream and gain the confidence they need to do so. The Dream Primer: Turn Your Low-Def Ideas Into A Stunning Hi-Res Future You Must Pursue will change lives, and it’s fascinating to hope to read more of those stories.
