Reconfigurement by Alan E. Fleischauer is a comprehensive guide to making the right choices for a contented future, with a focus on retirement planning. Written by an expert advisor on retirement planning, the book offers valuable advice on financial decision-making before retirement. It covers a range of crucial topics such as income budgeting, health insurance, social security, and life insurance, among others. The book is based on the author's extensive experience and includes valuable details and statistics from clients and financial organizations to support its key points. With 13 informative chapters, the book is a must-read for anyone looking to plan for a secure and satisfying retirement.

This book offers insightful suggestions and counsel on professional and personal development. The author discusses the idea of "reconfigurement" and places a strong emphasis on the value of planning in reaching one's goals in life. Additionally, the book provides information on subjects like insurance, investments, and financial security. The book also emphasizes the significance of developing a clear plan and strategy for retirement. In general, the book offers insightful advice to readers who want to advance in their jobs and businesses and thrive in life.

The author's use of a conversational tone throughout the book truly caught my attention; I enjoyed it. I really appreciated how the author illustrated certain crucial ideas in the book. The examples serve as a crucial tool for conveying the intended idea and are extremely pertinent. The book's analytical information about organizations like social security, which the reader will find engaging and helpful, is another plus. The author also takes the time to provide pertinent links and references that the reader can utilize to obtain valuable services like career assessments and part-time employment. I especially enjoyed reading the three chapters that focused on investment opportunities and how readers may choose wisely from the possibilities offered by outlining the benefits and drawbacks of each investment option.

E. Alan Fleischauer's Reconfigurement is a fantastic self-help book. I'm glad I got to read this book. I picked quite a few useful lessons that I'll use in my life and work. I'm pleased to say that I don't have any negative feelings about this book. In fact, I really enjoyed it. Every page of reading was enjoyable. The book was also exceptionally well edited. There were no errors in it. Consequently, I am rating it 5 out of 5 stars.

Although the recommended audience is people close to retirement age, I think anybody who is knowledgeable enough to spend money should read this book. It's never too early to make a financial plan.
