Why does government need to be funded? It is a book that aims to help the readers understand the concept of money in a country where the economic and political system is controlled by the private sector who then lends to the government. Amphidromus, not his real name but the pseudonym, challenges this system and gives his views on how tables can be turned, making the government the source of money supply and the ultimate lender.

I love the unique approach that the author uses on this topic. The author doesn't just give his views on what to do or not to do, he takes us on a historical revolutionary journey in philosophy, science, politics, cosmology and a little bit of religion in relation to capitalism. Exploring these fields is something that comes easily to the author due to his vast experience and expansive reading. This also shows the credibility of the information used.

The other positive aspect is that, as much as the author focuses on the American government, the concepts shared are universally applicable. The goal for every country is to be financially free, especially for capitalist countries like The United Kingdom, South Korea and many others. Using the information provided here would be of benefit to them.

The one negative thing about this book is that the author's wide range of vocabulary is challenging. A reader may miss the author's message due to them not knowing the definition of this vocabulary. This means that a reader has to regularly look for the meaning of these terminologies, which is tiring and demotivating. It's not wrong to use these types of words. However, they should not be overused so that the information shared is clear and understandable.

The above-mentioned negative aspect is the only downside I found. The book is perfectly edited. The information offered here is very eye-opening, which is why I will give this book a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars.

I would recommend this book to people in business, those that are self-employed. This particular category is directly affected by the money supply and other things like taxation and government monetary policies. My second recommendation is to government officials, especially those in the finance sector. I also believe that the information provided here should be at least considered if not adapted by these government officials. My reason for this second recommendation is that the author has 70+ years of experience in business and entrepreneurship. With experience being the best teacher, the author clearly has something to offer to the government with this kind of experience.
