Review of Reconfigurement
E. Alan Fleischauer is an author, a lifelong entrepreneur, and a small business owner. Having spent over, twenty years as a financial services executive who provides a combination of financial and life strategies designed to help clients pursue their goals and dreams. In this book Reconfiguration, he has, however, put together an easy-to-read thirteen educative chapters on financial and life strategies, that will help anyone make better choices in their lives and finances during their active working years.
The writer's motive was to show his readers verified steps on how to plan for a fruitful retirement, and figure out how to examine and rearrange our lives at any level to ensure we are in the right direction. In this book, he also emphasized the need to rethink the traditional approach to retirement by putting in after-retirement employment to suit the new generational era where people live longer years after retirement than before.
In each chapter, the writer discussed key areas we can reconfigure such as accessing yourself in finding the right fit in your career and how you can insure your life with the right retirement policies. He also addressed frequently troubling issues that involve retirement policies and gave tips on how to make the best decisions from them.
Although this book was written to address citizens in the United States of America on planning and retirement policies to be mindful of, I learned how insurance policies works and also strategic ways to examine my personality and career life which will guide me to know the right job choices I can excel in.
The author's explanations of topics in each chapter were simplified, which created a unique understanding for me. I loved the way he never imposed any idea on his readers, however, he explained in-depth policies involving retirement and investments, made comparisons of policies, and honestly opened up to possible risks and benefits readers should be mindful of. My favorite of all was chapter five, where he revealed the most essential part of retirement planning everyone should endeavor to invest before they go on pension. In the closing chapters of the book, he spiced it by recommending other books useful in helping us plan ahead.
The jokes in the book were in excess making me dislike them at some point.
Without a second thought, I will rate this book 5 out of 5. It was well edited and engaged its readers with the exact information to rely on to reconfigure their lives.
I will recommend this book to civil servants, entrepreneurs, and anyone that has the independent capacity to start earning income for themselves and wants to have a comfortable retirement. This is a valuable book that will guide young people who want to escape the struggle of choosing the right career path and guide older people who want to have a fulfilled retirement.
