Reconfigurement, by E. Alan Fleischauer, is a book that aims to help the reader have a working plan and solutions for their financial situations both currently and for the future. It also touches on how to effectively sace and prepare for retirement and the need to have an archievable plan. E. Alan Fleischauer deeply explains and explores alot of meaningfull ways one can use as a way for planning for retirement such as bonds, survivor benefits, annuities and mutual funds.

The book's main cbjective is financial planning and that's why it's full of financial terminologies that might be irritating to those who dont like financial words but the good news is that the author explains evry word using simple and understandable language. I was really enloghtened while reading the book. I really liked how the writter included personality assesment tests and career assesment tests that helps one to know their ability. It was agreat idea to share the websites where one can easily acces the personality tests. The book also contained some jokes to make the reader smile. The use of quotes also makes it for one to understand the book especially the one by Winston Churchil that said," Broadly speaking, human beings can be divided into three classes; those who are toiled to death, those who are worried to death, and those who are bored to death."

I really liked how Alan casually presents his idea in such a way that it caters for both entertainment and eductional needs of the reader. Another thing I liked about the book is it's cover that has picture of a man standing on top of a Hill and raising his hands up as if saying, "Im a champion." I assume it tries to show that feeling one will have after reading the book and succesfully plan for the future.

I didn't find anything to dislike about the book. It was well thought out and with simple examples that are easy to understand and implement. It clearly elaborates why it is important to start planning for retirement while still working and the benefits of life insurance and medical cover.

It was well edited and proof-read. I didn't notice any errors while reading the book. I liked every chapter of the book. The good thing about the book is that it contains few pages and it's also realistic. It is suitable to be read by anyone who is working is already thinking about retirement and how to enjoy it. It is for this reason that i rate this book 4 out of 4 stars and 5 out of 5 stars.
