The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, an award-winning poet and a multi-award-winning author, is fantastic. It is captivating and straightforward. The book focuses on planning and staying in sight regardless of age. The book also touches on the aspect of working on a job you love and also on insurance. I applaud the author for excellently writing this motivational and inspiring book that will propel readers into taking the necessary action to improve their lives.

The book is divided into 13 chapters, and it is a must-read for citizens of the United States of America. The author introduced a career aptitude assessment based on Dr. John Holland's theory of careers and vocational choices, known as the Holland Codes. The theory captured about six basic personality types within these codes. Also, a work value assessment that focused on creativity, structure, and performance and how you can research your top career choices was incorporated into the book.

No one wants to talk about their finances and the loss that they made in an investment. The author, in all honesty, clearly spelled out the choices of investment one can go into, including the pros and cons involved in each of them. The retirement plans one can venture into as an individual, married or single, are addressed in the book. With his vast knowledge in the management of finances as an owner of a financial advisory firm, the author provided answers to many questions bothering people's hearts concerning their income, insurance, and retirement plans.

One positive aspect of the book is the author's use of simple and easy-to-understand choice of words in writing this book. Also, the author's introduction of stories and emphasis made it a fascinating book. Also, the author believes that the book could cause a strong emotional reaction and introduce jokes. The author's writing skill is excellent, and he was straight to the point without beating about the bush.

The book has no negative aspects. It was exceptionally edited, well-structured, and without blemish.

Given that the book was exceptionally edited, well structured, and logical, I rate the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer a perfect 5 out of 5 stars .

I recommend the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer to readers between the ages of 40 and 50. It is also recommended for youths and teenagers. The book contains financial tips and information they must be aware of at any stage.
