The book Reconfigurement, written by E. Alan Fleishauer, connects life and reality. The author explained what reconfiguration means by making efforts to break down every topic in a way that can be easily understood. The book answers questions relating to how to successfully have a retirement plan and the strategies for planning for retirement. With an emphasis on the financial lives of people before and during retirement, people need to approach their retirement uniquely and do what they feel is right for them. However, there are essential facts one should know; there are challenges to overcome and opportunities to grab and turn into something bigger and more rewarding. Reconfiguring one’s life is highly significant today in the world, and it is important to note that financial planning for retirement should be put into consideration earlier in life than later. Do you want to know the modern approach to solving retirement challenges? Then, you need to pick up a copy of this book and read it to get more insights and apply.

I was completely engaged as I read the book "Reconfigurement," since it revealed to me the untold truths of what life is really like after retirement. The book applies to those who live in various countries, even though it uses America as its case study. The author covered other significant concerns for achieving financial independence before and after retirement using his wealth of knowledge and experience. Although a person's financial life was given a lot of attention, other life variables that are crucial for obtaining a successful and exciting retirement were also extensively addressed.

I adore this book since the author did not offer only theoretical explanations of reconfiguration; instead, he studied and applied accurate and thorough research from other financial articles as well as his expertise from working with retirees and retiring clients. With them, he was able to discuss information that is essential for a successful retirement and how to use it in the actual world. I further commend the author's skill in engagingly addressing reconfiguration with examples and narratives that pique readers' curiosity and encourage them to widen their financial planning and decision-making scopes.

This book has nothing to dislike because I learned a valuable lesson, my attitude toward retirement changed, and I admire the author's writing style. His approach to making the book more interesting is admirable. I also congratulate the author on the success of the book, as well as the editor, who did an excellent job editing it. No errors were discovered.

I rate this book five out of five stars since it exceeded my expectations. He went into great detail on the essential financial strategies for a fulfilling retirement, the importance of planning, and how to make planning effective. I wholeheartedly suggest this book to everyone who aspires to financial independence and a fulfilling retirement.

Well done reviewer for this. A book with practical, real world scenario situations on planning retirement is great. Planning for retirement should be started early in one's career, planning late might have disastrous repercussions. I also like the fact that the author didn't talk about the financial aspect of retirement but looked at it holistically.
