With tons of people looking for ways of building their careers inorder to gain a peaceful retirement when they are old, Reconfigurement is an ideal book to read. People tend to get weak physically and mentally when they grow old. Hence the need of proper financial proper planning in the early years. So to all those seeking for better sources of income or in need of ways to prepare for their retirement. Reconfigurement by E.Alan Fleischauer is the ideal book.

Reconfigurement is a really nice book that teaches one on how to identify the best career for oneself. The author explains in context what reconfigurement is and what it is all about. The book also explain the importance s of insurance and the best insurance for one to have. It explains the importance of a well planned strategy for one's retirement in old age.

I really liked this book. It was so educational and eye opening. I understood the benefits of proper financial management and also the importance of building a career earlier in life. E.Alan.Fleischauer talked about the importance of insurance and it's importance towards one's retirement.

The book is captivating in that I was able to relate whatever I read to my personal life. I felt comfortable reading this book as though I was having a conversation with the author directly since the author was communicating his own thoughts. I appreciate the author for taking time to explain to us the importance of retirement plans. It was also great when he referenced quotes from other experts. The book was also edited perfectly well. I wasn't able to identify any errors or spelling mistakes of any sort.

Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a great help to all who are working for a better retirement. I'm happy to have read this book since it has completely changed my mindset. I also plan to apply whatever I've read in my life and career.

I recommend this book to people seeking financial intelligence. I also recommend this book to anyone interested in learning tips that would aid a successful retirement.
