Review of Reconfigurement
Everyone who wants to transition from years of "work" to a more fulfilling retirement should own a copy of Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer for a number of reasons. Among them is the possibility that retirement may cause the retirees to experience serious personal problems with equally grave social repercussions. Among the most crucial of them are retirement timing, financial support for retirees, the development and provision of new duties, the preservation of social relationships and health, and living arrangements. Reconfigurement's major goal is to make it easier for everyone who plans to retire soon to enter the retirement season. It described the strategies, supplies, and help required to make the transition easier. Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer should be read in order to produce the desired retirement season, and it should be combined with commitment and resolve. As a result, I dare say that this book is an excellent study aid.
Investment alternatives, life insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and wills and trusts, among other topics, were some of the many topics related to life after retirement that were covered in this book.
E. Alan Fleischauer wrote extensively about the need for retirees to complete online career assessment tests because it is expected that they will continue working after retirement age, even if it is low-paying work, to support their overall well-being. These tests would help retirees find the right job for their personality type. The resources, goods, and services required to make the dream of retirement a reality were also covered in detail by the author.
I enjoyed the authors' unique writing style. Some of the author's experiences are described in the book. It improved his message's relatability. The reader will feel assured as they look forward to their retirement because he has offered numerous tools or product options in each area addressed to make decision-making easier.
He wrote in simple English for easy communication because he was aware that reading about topics like these may be quite boring and tedious, and he did a good job of adding humor at the conclusion of every chapter and all through each extensive subchapter to keep your attention. I could understand and keep up.
I was glad I persisted with reading it since it gave me such a tremendous amount of confidence and recalibration as I contemplated my eventual retirement in the distant future. From my perspective, there were no typographical errors, hence the book was properly edited. I rate E. Alan Fleischauer's book Reconfigurement a 4 out of 4 and 5 out of 5 because of the aforementioned factors.
I advise anyone seeking for a book to help them create a retirement plan to read this one. They would gain a lot from it since it gives them the resources for thoughtful planning. If you've already started preparing but are getting lost, this book helps keep you on track.
