The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, an award-winning poet and a multi-award-winning author, is fantastic. It is a non-fiction book about finance, retirement, and insurance policies. The book focuses on inspiring and propelling people to step forward towards changing their lives and doing what they want, not minding their age. The author is a successful financial advisor with 20 years of solid experience in the field. The book emphasized income, budgeting, and saving for rainy days.

The author explicitly dealt with the issue of retirement in the book. Also, With his verse knowledge in management as an owner of a financial advisory firm, the author mentioned the retirement plans people can key into as individuals and as a couple. No one talks much about their income and investment. The author spoke about investment in the book. Fleischauer, in the book, talked about various investment plans and the pros and cons involved in each.

The book is colorful, and the author's addition of stories and jokes made it more user-friendly. The authors knew that some readers might react emotionally to the book, so the need for jokes was necessary. The writing skills of the author are awe-inspiring and excellent. The author avoided using ambiguous words in writing this book for easy and clear understanding of it by the reader. The book was organized correctly, and the author divided it into chapters. Each chapter contains factual information obtained from extensive research the author conducted.

The book is informative and contains web links provided by the author in case the readers want to get more information about what was discussed in a particular passage. Also, the book comprises links to some of the assessments the author took. The essence was that readers could take those assessments in their steps to reconfiguration and rediscover themselves.

The book was exceptionally edited and well-structured. There was nothing that I disliked about the book.

Given that the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer was exceptionally edited and well structured, I rate the book a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is recommended to readers between 40-50 years of age. I also recommend the book to youths and teenagers. The book contains vital information about income, retirement, and insurance. This information is of enormous importance to both youths and teenagers, and they should acquire this information contained in this book at an early stage of their life.
